·         What happens when you try to install the software?
·         Who is the manufacturer of the software?
·         Which program are you using to play the songs?
·         What happens when you try to play the songs from Windows Media Player? Were you able to play the audio before without any issues?
·         What is the error code or error message you get when you try to install the software?
You may need to check if the software you are using is compatible with Windows 7 or not.

For the issues with Sound, you may need to update the driver for the sound card and check.
1.         Click Start.
2.         Type in Device Manager in the
Start Search.
3.         Expand Sound, Video and Game Controllers in the Device Manager Window.
4.         Right click on the Device.
5.         Click on Properties.
6.         Click on Driver Tab.
7.         Click on Uninstall drivers.
8.         Click OK.
Now restart the computer and install the latest drivers and check if the issue still persists.
If the issue still persists, then downloading the latest drivers for sound card from the manufacturer’s website and installing the latest one’s would be recommended.

Windows Error Reporting - To Fix can't upload softwear (Creator). won't playback my songs Thanks Glen

1. Go to Start button.
2. Open Control Panel.
3. Go to Windows Error Reporting.
4. Click on System and Maintenance, then click Problem Reports and Solutions.
5. Next, click Change Settings located on the left side panel of the Problem Reports and Solutions window.
6. Select an option to configure how you want Windows to look for a solution to your problems. You may allow Windows to do it automatically or ask you every time to check if problem occurs.
7. Next, click the Advanced settings link.
8. Select Off to turn off Error Reporting.
