Can not delete an e-mail from Windows Mail

Received a flagged e-mail that I can not open, move, or delete.
The message I get when trying to display it is, there has been an error, may be low on memory.
I'm just trying to delete the e-mail from the "inbox" and the program will not allow me to do anything with it at all.
All other functions with the program, including other e-mails, are running just fine.

Is there any way to get around this and delete this one rouge e-mail without deleting the entire program?
