Thought I would report this bug here, maybe an MVP could let microsoft know?

Open the conditional rules manager:


Move the scroll bar on the right up and down, but don't touch the arrow buttons first (as this prevents the bug)


And then the applies to values disappear!

Manually editing the Windows registry

• In the File Name box, type a name for your backup file, such as "Windows Operating System Backup".
• In the Export Range box, be sure that "Selected branch" is selected.

• You now have a backup of your MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION-related registry entry.
