Aero got disabled, wireless turned off and BSOD

Hello all,

This is a new computer around a month old.
I had it built and installed Windows 7 64-Bit myself.
Never had any issues with it until yesterday.

First info about the computer:
All drivers are up to date and it is not OCed.
System specs: Windows 7 64-Bit SP1 Asus P8H61-I Core i3-2105 Corsair 8GB DDR3-1600 250GB HDD Intel® HD Graphics 3K Case is Antec ISK300-150 and has built in PSU of 150W Wireless card is a USB card: Asus
USB-N13, Wireless N USB Adapter Keyboard + mouse: Logitech Dinovo Mini

I was on the IMDB site and the screen flickered once and Aero got disabled and I lost the wireless signal.
I another computer that is wireless on my network and it was connected fine as well as my phone.

I restarted the computer with the issue and everything came back up fine.
After an hour of use it had a BSOD and this is what after it came back up:
