I can't even get to the Explorer Home Page.
I can't disable it.
How do I get rid of it, and where did it come from?

Hello,
I appreciate your getting back to me, but no "standard" fix worked.
That's why I contacted you.
This is a really nasty program and had a death grip on Explorer.
 
What I ended up having to do was download Google Chrome (so that I would have easy internet access), completely remove (uninstall) Explorer 9, and then download and install a clean copy of Explorer 9.
It was the only thing I could safely do.
I would like
to know how Babylon got on my computer in the first place? I sure didn't download it!

Using Windows troubleshooter:

• Click on Search on Charm bar and type Troubleshooting. Click on the very first option.
• A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.
• Scroll down to the bottom and click on Windows update.
• Troubleshooter window for Windows update will pop up. Click on NEXT. It may ask you for administrative permission.
• The troubleshooter will automatically detect problems and fix it.
• Now, close this window and try download/install the app which was previously showing error.
