BitLocker: The System Could Not Find the File Specified

So yesterday, I bought a new flash drive, 8GB Sandisk Cruiser, and I decided to try BitLocker on it.
 I had set the password, saved the recovery key, and had everything done properly (to my knowledge).
 Earlier today, I tried to access the drive on an XP-based
machine, and it said it required formatting, but "I didn't have enough privileges" to format it.
 A couple minutes ago, I plugged the drive back into the machine I locked it on, and I entered the password.
 The following error came up.
 
The system could not find the file specified.
 
I tried the "I forgot my password" screens, but it said the recovery key I had entered was incorrect...
although I had copied/pasted it directly out of the .txt file.
 
Any help?

Download SmartPCFixer to Fix It (Free)

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
