Broadcom-Network-Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN keeps disappearing after using Kapersky Anti-Spyware

We tried Kapersky Anti-Spyware and about a week later started having wireless connection problems with the laptop.
Broadcom-Network-Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN disappeared from Device Manager.
 When I ran F10 System Diagnostics the wireless adaptor would work
again after reboot and then disappear from Device Manager upon next reboot.
Then we decided to put Norton back on and Broadcom-Network-Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN was back after several reboots and has now disappeared again.
Neither Kapersky or Norton have located
a virus, malware, etc.
Then I saw the upgrade for Broadcom-Network-Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN listed in Windows Update but when I tried to update it did not.
Now I cannot find it anywhere on MS Downloads, etc.
Please advise.

1. Access the files on your computer via MY COMPUTER
2. Under the C: drive, access the WINDOWS folder
